This striking drill is designed to build fluidity and confidence in your head movement, ducking and dodging. One person holds the wrist end of a 16oz glove and simulates punching and striking motions towards their partners head. You can start practising with your hands up in a defensive position and then as you progress and gain confidence you can practise it with your hands down.
