Using The Fist To Switch Up And Finish Your Triangle Choke
In this MMA submission technique video you will learn how to apply an alternative finish to a standard Triangle Choke. When you’re applying a Triangle Choke you’re trying to apply pressure with your leg to one side of the neck and your opponents shoulder muscle on the other side.
When the opponent attempts to block the arm coming across to prevent the shoulder pressure they leave the neck exposed for an alternative application of pressure. Here we look at using the fist to apply the pressure instead of the shoulder – we would refer to this as a Leg & Fist Suppression.
A great submission for BJJ, MMA or any other submission wrestling sport.
