Here’s a high risk but great way to pass the guard with a forward roll action to get you around your opponent’s legs.

If your opponent is being a bit loose with their legs and doesn’t really have any great control or pressure on you then look for an opportunity to tuck your head in by their hips and forward roll your way past their guard.

You need to be a little bit brave and a little bit wreckless to pull this off but if you’re confident with it and get it done quick then the element of surprise can really can your opponent out. You can try this in a BJJ or MMA scenario.
